📋 Description
• Provide customer support in Danish and English to clients. • Handle inquiries and technical support requests. • Collaborate with the international team to improve customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate communication records and customer information.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent/Native Danish (C2 level). • Good English skills (B2) for internal communication and systems. • Currently residing in Braga (required). • A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
