📋 Description
• Join the international team as a Customer Support Specialist • Work on customer inquiries and resolve problems • Engage in training and coaching programs for career development
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent/Native Danish (C2 level) • Good English skills (B2) for internal communication and systems • Currently residing in Braga (required) • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit

• Base Salary: €1,500 per month, paid over 14 months • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €80 extra based on targets • Welcome Bonus: Boost your monthly income with a sign-on bonus paid in 12 monthly installments • Braga Position Bonus: An additional €20 per month for local talent • Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (paid via meal card) • Health Insurance from Day 1: Comprehensive coverage from first day (small monthly contribution) • Zero Cost: Insurance becomes 100% FREE after 6 months of contract • Paid Training: Full professional training provided and paid from day one
