• Be the friendly voice (or message) that supports our French-speaking customers • Help solve problems, answer questions, and make people's day better • Work closely with teams across the company to create a seamless customer experience • Keep things organized, proactive, and professional even on busy days
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in French • Good level of English for team communication • Experience in customer service is a plus but if you're motivated and a quick learner, we'll train you! • Self-starter, organized, and happy to work remotely
