📋 Description

• Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels. • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications. • Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. • Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. • Build and maintain a talent pool for future opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition • Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects • Proactive and results-oriented attitude • Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus.
