📋 Description

• Advise customers on defining and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and strategies using Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM • Analyze existing ALM environments and identify opportunities for optimization • Support the selection and implementation of suitable ALM tools and technologies • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and team members • Work closely with customers to identify individual requirements and develop tailored solutions • Continuously expand your expertise in the field of ALM

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience as an SAP Solution Manager Consultant or in related areas of Application Lifecycle Management • In-depth knowledge of ALM methods, processes, and tools, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM • Experience implementing and configuring SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and Cloud ALM • Strong customer focus and consulting skills • Solution-oriented team player with an innovative mindset and strong attention to detail
