📋 Description

• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic mindset • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new and existing customers, both on-site and remotely • Assist with leading consulting engagements, including process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer requests; identify out-of-scope requests, present solutions, and set expectations • Perform or delegate data migration services, including data cleansing, file manipulation, and file mapping • Deliver onsite and web-based client training and consulting services • Attend initial Business Requirements Documentation and lead a specific process area • Maintain process diagrams, documents, and leading practices for NetSuite configuration • Define user-acceptance-testing scenarios with customers and ensure testing completion • Guide customers through change management • Achieve master-level competency in the NetSuite core product • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations • Develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in accordance with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and identify compliant opportunities with firm leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional services experience, including a minimum of 2 years in business process analysis and solution design with emphasis on Accounting and Finance • Experience leading and/or participating in 5–10 multi-phased NetSuite ERP implementations or service engagements • Experience with planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support, and project management • Experience coordinating projects or teams, including meeting scheduling and preparation • Experience capturing critical meeting information, organizing documentation, and preparing recaps • Experience managing multiple schedules and tasks and related expectations with teammates • Responsive to internal and external clients and able to handle a dynamic, multi-tasking environment • Experience leading unsupervised, client-facing engagements that deliver client value • Experience working within a scope of work • Ability to develop and maintain team and client relationships • Must be based in the Philippines • Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards • CPA qualification preferred, or actively working towards CPA designation • NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Advanced experience in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
