📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of global VAT and indirect tax processes within an international SAP S/4HANA rollout • Act as key advisor for tax-related SAP topics, ensuring compliance while supporting business transformation objectives • Define and harmonize VAT processes, tax determination logic, and compliance requirements across countries and business units • Partner with Finance, Tax, IT, and external stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions • Support implementation and adoption of tax-related functionality, including e-Invoicing and digital reporting requirements where applicable • Drive process standardization and global alignment while balancing local compliance needs • Provide expert guidance during testing, rollout, deployment, and hypercare phases

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP FI within international SAP transformation or rollout programs • Strong expertise in global VAT, indirect tax, and compliance processes across multinational environments • Proven track record designing and implementing tax solutions within SAP S/4HANA • Ability to bridge Finance, Tax, and IT stakeholders and translate regulatory requirements into practical SAP solutions • Experience supporting global template design, deployment, adoption, and governance activities • Professional fluency in English • Experience with e-Invoicing, digital reporting, or electronic compliance initiatives (nice to have) • Background as a SAP Tax Solution Architect, SAP DRC Consultant, or SAP FI/CO Lead (nice to have) • Knowledge of SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) (nice to have) • Experience in multinational manufacturing or industrial environments (nice to have) • German proficiency (nice to have)
