• Lead a team of data experts (source and target) through the end-to-end data migration process in the Record-to-Report domain. • Plan, align, and track deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution. • Provide regular updates on status, risks, and issues to the Data Migration Project Lead. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure alignment. • Define and align the data migration scope within the Record-to-Report domain. • Enable the team with a clear understanding of migration concepts, approach, and constraints. • Facilitate solution design for identified gaps in close collaboration with business and IT experts. • Drive documentation, data validation, and defect resolution activities. • Coordinate data migration inputs for cutover planning and execution. • Ensure readiness of system configurations in alignment with the template team. • Develop and maintain domain-specific migration assets to support scalable rollouts. • Continuously enhance domain knowledge through close collaboration with the expert community.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP project or workstream management. • Strong experience in the SAP Record-to-Report functional data domain, covering FI and CO. • Experience in functional data migration in SAP ERP transformations, ideally S/4HANA. • Ability to lead a team of consultants or data experts within the assigned domain. • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven personality, able to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving, and complex environments. • Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams. • Very good English communication skills are a must. • German language skills are a strong plus.
