📋 Description

• Oversee project coordination and drive efficiency to ensure project success • Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp • Maintain customer data in HubSpot • Ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to deadlines • Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve issues • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and scheduling departments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in maintaining and enhancing client relationships • Engineering education OR strong engineering experience • Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently • Strong client communication and relationship skills • Capable of overcoming client objections • Proficient with various software and tools • Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B) • Full-time availability from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm New York time
