📋 Description

• Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity • Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements • Maintain the AP subledger • Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness • Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operational expenses across multiple projects and cost centers • Identify, track, and flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data for internal review

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, including at least 1 year with a U.S.-based company • Professional education in accounting • Confident QuickBooks Online (or Desktop) user with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, from basic bookkeeping to reconciliations (mandatory) • English level B1-B2 or higher • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience with ERP or CRM systems • U.S. tax preparation skills • Understanding of U.S. payroll
