📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and analyze pricing models for products, services, and customer solutions. • Support new business opportunities, customer proposals, contract renewals, and pricing updates. • Conduct customer, product, service, and contract profitability analysis. • Develop financial models and business cases to support pricing decisions. • Evaluate cost changes and business impacts and recommend pricing actions to support revenue and margin objectives. • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Account Management teams to develop pricing strategies and customer solutions. • Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. • Reconcile postage transactions between USPS, customer accounts, internal systems, and billing records. • Support postage expense tracking and validation activities. • Assist with customer reimbursement and postage recovery reconciliations. • Research and resolve transaction discrepancies. • Maintain supporting documentation and audit records. • Prepare recurring postage, reimbursement, and cost reports. • Analyze postage spending trends and variances. • Support dashboard development and data visualization efforts. • Compile data for management reporting and decision support. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial, pricing, and operational processes. • Develop and enhance reporting and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other technologies. • Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and workflow efficiency. • Document business processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, accounting, operations analysis, or a related analytical role. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Lookups, and financial modeling. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Experience working with large datasets and complex financial information. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Preferred: Experience with pricing, profitability analysis, and financial modeling. • Preferred: Experience with USPS postage programs, postal accounting, or mailing operations. • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
