📋 Description

• Support AWS cloud infrastructure • Assist with security engineering audit and compliance tasks, including alert tuning and log collection • Install, patch, and upgrade DPM products on the SaaS platform • Maintain deployment and application infrastructure • Validate installation, configuration, release, and promotion processes and procedures • Support DW Product Development Teams’ releases and promotions through production • Monitor the function and performance of DPM solutions • Automate and document Platform Engineer processes • Participate in the Platform Engineer on-call rotation • Install and configure DPM products • Troubleshoot platform errors • Troubleshoot and assist with bug fixes for DPM applications • Collaborate with architecture and development groups • Install, configure, and upgrade third-party products and open-source solutions • Perform bi-weekly off-hour maintenance activities within the required maintenance window

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • NATO SECRET (NS) security classification or willingness to undergo screening to attain NATO Secret security clearance • Experience configuring, managing, and upgrading servers and software • Knowledge of database applications, including Oracle • Knowledge of Web Services (REST) • Familiarity with version control and continuous integration and delivery tools, including Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, Salt, AWS CodeCommit/Build/Pipelines, BitBucket, or GitLab • Software development experience on Linux platforms in common scripting languages is highly desirable, including NodeJS, Java, Python, and bash • Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Kibana, ADO Boards, JIRA, and Remedy • Familiarity with AWS or equivalent public cloud experience • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code • Willingness and ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation • Ability to perform bi-weekly off-hour maintenance activities within the required maintenance window
