📋 Description

• Analyze user requirements and product architecture/design to derive testing requirements • Design and author test cases for functional and non-functional testing • Facilitate creation and execution of automated tests and test suites • Write and execute automated and manual tests • Utilize innovative test technologies to develop test strategy • Assist in assessing product quality and release readiness • Document defects by accurately describing technical details and steps to recreate issues • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Keep the Agile team informed of testing delays or problems arising from variances • Collaborate and communicate with team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing preferred • Passion for quality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses • Hands-on software testing or development experience on Linux and Windows operating systems • Self-motivated team player with an interest in continuous learning • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and principles • Understanding of object-oriented programming languages, specifically Python or C# .NET • Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server • Experience with automation tools such as UFT, CodedUI, or another test framework • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins • Experience using defect-tracking tools • CLT contract model
