• Handle support inquiries from end customers (1st-level support) • Document support inquiries • Log communication histories • Monitor open issues (tickets) through to final resolution
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a degree program • Excellent service-oriented communication skills • Enthusiasm for bicycles as a product • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work • Technical aptitude is an advantage • Team player • German and English language skills • No professional experience required
