📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, target markets, and revenue objectives • Drive qualified leads and sales opportunities through digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and other channels • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and visibility across digital platforms and industry channels • Oversee the company website, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and marketing automation initiatives • Create and manage content showcasing manufacturing capabilities, custom solutions, product applications, and customer success stories • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, manage marketing budgets, and optimize return on investment • Lead internal team members and external marketing partners to ensure consistent execution and measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership or management responsibilities • Demonstrated success developing and executing lead-generating marketing strategies supporting revenue growth • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, B2B, engineering, or other technical business environments strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, email marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics • Ability to manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying technical information for business audiences • Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment • Proficiency with common marketing tools, analytics platforms, and collaboration software • Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent • Minimum 4.00 GB RAM • Windows 10 or Mac OSX; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems • Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher for both primary and backup connections • Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port • Webcam with at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability • Required 2–3 minute video application, maximum 4 minutes, answering all questions in order • Camera on, applicant clearly visible, clear audio, and recording from the normal work environment when possible
