📋 Description

• Analyze and gather business and technical requirements • Design and document fit-for-purpose solutions • Contribute to solution development, design, integration, testing, and configuration • Ensure solutions adhere to architecture and security standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners • Identify integration points and align solutions with business processes and goals • Evaluate commercial-off-the-shelf products versus custom-built solutions • Develop and maintain technical design documents, workflows, and architecture diagrams • Define and execute test strategies and validate solutions against business objectives • Validate integrations and document configuration steps • Identify and communicate technical dependencies and risks • Address technical issues with vendors and IT service providers • Design and implement data migration solutions • Develop, design, test, maintain, and configure solutions and systems • Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for assigned applications • Document recommendations to improve business process efficiency and adoption of standard application features • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify solution design or workflow enhancements • Assist technical and infrastructure groups with solution design and specifications • Ensure outsourced work packages meet quality, schedule, cost, data privacy, security, performance, and scalability requirements • Participate in formal design, cybersecurity, and code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required • 3-5 years of experience • 5+ years of experience with extensive Movex ERP systems implementations and managing complex applications landscape • In-depth knowledge of Movex Supply Chain and finance capability • Experience troubleshooting and debugging system issues, system design, and configuration to meet business requirements • Experience working with business on solution gaps and incident management for end-user processes, including 3rd level production support • Ability to upskill knowledge on contemporary and emerging technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud computing • Knowledge of the software development cycle and project management methodologies • SAFe Agile certification and practitioner preferred • Ability to design, develop, and implement best-practice solutions and improvements to Sales, Service, and Warranty processes • University or equivalent degree preferred or equivalent work experience in relevant technical discipline
