📋 Description

• Conduct complex analysis of markets, supply chains, and supply base • Apply analysis to sourcing process improvement initiatives • Identify qualified suppliers and execute source selection processes • Interface regularly with suppliers and maintain supplier relationships • Source specialized items and execute complex sourcing strategies for optimum cost, quality, and relationships • Independently carry out sourcing activities considering end-to-end supply-chain impact • Execute sourcing tactics according to category/commodity strategies • Participate in sourcing and category/commodity strategy formulation • Analyze sourcing and procurement initiatives and processes • Prepare and present recommendations and alternative courses of action to senior procurement/sourcing leadership • Ensure consistent application of sourcing procedures and processes • Support price benchmarking, vendor management, industry and market analysis, process analysis, and model building • May lead sourcing analysts and specialists • Lead analysis projects and coach less experienced analysts and specialists • Negotiate select contracts • Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships • Manage procurement ethics, supplier contracts, supplier relationship management, category strategy, cost/value management, and supply-base risk

🎯 Requirements

• 5年以上采购及供应商质量管理（SQE）相关工作经验 • 具备精密机加工或机械系统零部件采购经验 • 有跨职能协作的领导经验 • 有参与大型项目（如新产品导入、国产化项目）的采购支持经验优先 • 精通精密机加工工艺和供应商管理 • 熟悉机械系统装配件（如减震器、制动器、皮带系统等）相关知识 • 了解采购流程、合同管理和供应链运营 • 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够支持全球项目协调 • 熟练使用数据分析和采购管理工具 • College, university, or equivalent degree in field appropriate for the function required • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations • Intermediate level of related work experience required
