📋 Description

• Partner and collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services, and other stakeholders across talent acquisition and onboarding processes • Manage the full requisition lifecycle in the applicant tracking system, including audit documentation • Lead and support offer management • Initiate and complete background and reference checks, including electronic consents where applicable • Communicate background and reference-check results to appropriate parties • Follow recruiting processes, policies, and tools while ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies • Participate in continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes • Document processes and improvements • Contribute to communication and change-management activities • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate hiring-manager schedules • Make travel arrangements and prepare candidate information packets and interview agendas • Manage and submit interview-process and external-candidate travel expenses for payment • Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations • Outstanding fresh graduates, or candidates with up to two years of post-graduation experience, are encouraged to apply • CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency • Ability to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis • Ability to thrive in an international and diverse team environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • High sense of accountability and attention to detail • Strong execution skills and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to quickly learn and apply recruitment technologies and AI-related tools • Ability to work effectively across multiple systems and platforms • Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience; ideally within Talent Acquisition
