📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the EMEA region • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable dashboards and insights • Drive data governance, quality, and reporting standards • Collaborate with Salesforce, Azure, and Data Lake teams to enable secure data integration, migration, and analytics • Support Salesforce Data Cloud and AI initiatives through high-quality, governed data • Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes, self-service analytics, and Salesforce CRM adoption • Balance regional priorities with global governance, data quality, and best practices • Deliver end-to-end Salesforce data, reporting, and analytics aligned with business and project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, reporting, and analytics best practices • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and visualization solutions • Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proactive and detail-oriented • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure data platforms, and enterprise data integration is an advantage
