📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the EMEA region. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable dashboards and insights. • Drive data governance, quality, and reporting standards to ensure trusted business data. • Collaborate with Salesforce, Azure, and Data Lake teams to enable secure data integration, migration, and analytics. • Support Salesforce Data Cloud and AI initiatives by ensuring high-quality, governed data for analytics and automation. • Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes, self-service analytics, and Salesforce CRM adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms. • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, reporting, and analytics best practices. • Skilled at translating business requirements into scalable reporting and visualization solutions. • Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business decisions and continuous improvement. • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure data platforms, and enterprise data integration is an advantage.
