📋 Description

• Actively acquire new member companies, partners, and sponsors • Systematically develop new business relationships • Identify opportunities for new partnerships • Develop suitable cooperation, sponsorship, and partnership offerings • Manage existing members, sponsors, and cooperation partners • Develop existing relationships over the long term • Develop new ideas to increase the appeal of CCV membership • Promote regular exchange between members, partners, and CCV • Represent CCV at selected events, member meetings, and industry events • Contribute to the development of new event and networking formats • Work closely with the Executive Board

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience • Experience in sales, business development, account management, partner management, or sponsorship • Excellent communication and networking skills, with a strong interest in engaging with decision-makers • Strong understanding of customer and member needs, with the ability to build long-term business relationships • Initiative, along with a structured and independent working style • Interest in customer service, customer engagement, digitalization, and modern workplaces • Experience in the customer service, call center, contact center, CX, or BPO industry is a plus, but not required • Experience working with business associations or membership organizations is a plus, but not required
