📋 Description

• Working within the Infrastructure Team and reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will play a key role as a Microsoft 365 Consultant. • You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft 365 transformation programmes for customers transitioning from on-premises environments into a modern cloud-driven workplace. • You will be responsible for producing High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), migration strategies, governance frameworks, and leading technical workstreams to ensure successful delivery. • You will act as the senior authority across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Microsoft Purview — providing guidance to project engineers, shaping the technical direction, and engaging with stakeholders to architect secure, scalable, adoption-ready solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background designing & leading Microsoft 365 migrations at scale • Ability to produce HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, architecture diagrams and governance frameworks • Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack: – Exchange Online | SharePoint Online | OneDrive | Teams – Microsoft Purview — Information Protection, DLP, Compliance, eDiscovery • Deep understanding of hybrid identity, AAD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA & Zero Trust principles • Experience leading engineering teams, providing direction and solution ownership • Ability to challenge assumptions, solve complex problems, and drive technical outcomes • Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers, PMs and technical staff • Required Certifications (or equivalent real-world experience) ✔ MS-102 — Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate ✔ MS-700 — Teams Admin Associate or SC-300 Identity Associate
