📋 Description

• Deliver services to clients in an effective, proficient, and agile manner • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and expertise • Strive to find innovative processes and tools to maximize revenue • Lead engagements and act as role model to other team members • Provide reporting and recommendations to stakeholders • Maintain strong working client relationships • Remain current on cybersecurity practices and emerging threat trends • Travel internationally as needed for client engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English and German • 7+ years of senior technical support, system administration or related customer facing role • Perform cybersecurity incident response and restoration engagements including live response, triage, containment and remediation • Knowledge of design and troubleshooting in Active Directory, VMWare ESX/HyperV • Knowledgeable in Windows environment and troubleshooting low-level operating systems and network issues • Experience with a wide range of hardware platforms including NAS, SAN, server, and networking devices • Strong networking background including knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP) • Understanding of L2 and L3 switch design including VLANS and port security • Familiar with enterprise wireless solutions (Cisco, Aruba, FortiNet) • Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, etc.) and network traffic capture and analysis • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as part of a team.
