📋 Description

• Communicate professionally with customers via **chat, e-mail, and social media** • Provide **clear, friendly, and efficient** solutions to user issues • Share insights and suggestions to **improve internal support processes**

🎯 Requirements

• Are fluent in **Hungarian (C2)** and have **good English skills (B2)** • Enjoy helping others and handle challenges with a **positive, can-do attitude** • Are **comfortable with computer tools** (e.g. MS Office, web-based platforms) • Can explain **technical topics in a clear and simple way** • Bring experience in customer support (preferred, but not essential) • Have **completed secondary education with a diploma**
