📋 Description

• Design and architecture of z/OS and z/VM • Take over operation of the environment and automate it • Maintain and develop systems and applications to bring them up to current standards • Drive software modernization and working practices within the mainframe team

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification • More than 5 years' experience on IBM mainframe systems • Knowledge of DB2, CICS, IMS, MQ, batch processing with JCL, VSAM, RACF, USS, and Sysplex • Experience with z/OSMF, z/OS Connect, and Linux on Z is a plus • Knowledge of COBOL and/or PL/I, REXX scripting, and monitoring tools such as OMEGAMON or BMC MainView • Familiarity with enterprise observability using Instana and CI/CD pipelines for GitOps • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written • Croatian is a plus but not required
