📋 Description

• Advise and support customers on infrastructure architecture, operations, and integration • Contribute informed recommendations to design and architecture decisions • Build and integrate platforms, pipelines, and other components • Explain and teach best practices • Perform efficient troubleshooting and debugging and share findings • Compile documentation, Git repositories, and other sources to answer in-depth questions • Deliver technical training • Advise and mediate in dealings with third-party providers and manufacturer support

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced professional with confident customer-facing presence • Well-founded knowledge of cloud and container technologies • Empirical-agile mindset • Initiative, teamwork, and passion for direct customer consulting • Willingness to provide on-call support or work directly on site when needed • Kubernetes knowledge at least at CKA/CKS level, or certified OCP/OpenShift knowledge above EX180 • Linux knowledge with at least LPIC 1, preferably LPI-304/-305 or DevOps Tools Engineer, or RHCE • Basic knowledge of Terraform and Ansible • Project experience and advanced knowledge in at least one cloud stack: AWS, GKE, MS Azure, or OSP/OpenStack • German and English at business level (C1/C2), written and spoken • Consultant mindset and skills • Project experience in an agile environment / with Scrum • Kanban knowledge • Strong communication skills • Moderation and de-escalation methods • Nice-to-have: contributor to Kubernetes development • Nice-to-have: advanced Terraform and Ansible knowledge • Nice-to-have: Go language knowledge • Nice-to-have: Scrum Master/PO certification • Nice-to-have: learning methodologies/didactics for training delivery
