Interested? • About the ProjectOur client is a healthcare technology company seeking a **Senior Full Stack Software Engineer** to join their development team on a nearshore basis. • The team primarily develops using **PHP and Laravel**, but prior Laravel experience is **not required**. Candidates with strong object-oriented programming fundamentals and experience building scalable web applications are encouraged to apply. This is a remote opportunity for professionals based in LATAM who can work during **Central or Pacific Time Zone** business hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Responsabilities • - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. • - Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code following object-oriented programming principles. • - Collaborate with a distributed engineering team in an Agile environment. • - Contribute to both backend and frontend development across the application stack. • - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. • - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. • - Learn and work with PHP/Laravel as part of the existing technology stack when needed. • - Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability. • Required Qualifications • - 7+ years of full-stack software development experience. • - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design. • - Experience building and maintaining modern web applications. • - Advanced English communication skills (client-facing role). • - Availability to work during Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours. • - Availability for a 4–6 month contract. • Preferred Qualifications • - Experience with PHP (Laravel is a strong plus, but not required). • - Strong Python development experience. • - Strong Node.js development experience. • - Experience working in Agile software development environments. • - Willingness to learn and work with Laravel if coming from another object-oriented framework. • Soft Skills • - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote environments. • - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • - Self-driven, proactive, and quality-oriented mindset. • - Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced development teams. • - Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks. • Additional Information • - **Location:** Remote (LATAM) • - **Working Hours:** Must overlap with Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours. • - **Industry:** Healthcare • - **Contract Duration:** 4–6 months
