• Do you want to kick-start a career in B2B sales and gradually take on your own responsibilities? • At dacon you will work closely with our executive team and our Sales Manager and learn the entire sales process — from lead research to closing deals. • Our goal: to develop you over the next 3–4 years into an independent sales professional and, prospectively, into a Sales Manager.
• Commercial vocational training or a university degree, e.g. business administration (BWL), marketing or communications • Initial experience in sales, marketing or a sales-related position • Enjoyment of interacting with customers and partners • Strong communication skills, self-initiative and a structured working style • A clear desire to develop further in sales • Confident use of MS Office and openness to modern AI tools • Very good German and good English skills
• Support across the entire sales process • Research of potential customers and contacts • Maintenance of our CRM system • Preparation of proposals, presentations and sales materials • Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings • Management of LinkedIn, website, newsletters and mailings • Organization and support of trade shows and customer events • Gradual takeover of your own customer contacts and sales activities
