📋 Description
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders • Map customer journeys (CX) and identify opportunities for improvement • Write and manage user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, review) • Support backlog prioritization and management • Monitor development progress and clarify functional questions for the squad • Validate deliverables from a business perspective, ensuring adherence to requirements • Work on the maintenance and continuous evolution of digital solutions • Identify risks and defects and propose continuous improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Proven experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing a backlog • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar • Experience in eliciting and documenting functional requirements • Basic understanding of system integrations (APIs) • Basic knowledge of UX/UI applied to digital products • Experience with functional testing and validating deliverables • Experience working in software development environments and agile squads
