📋 Description

• Structure and lead Organizational Change Management strategies • Ensure the successful transition of changes to processes and systems • Create and manage the stakeholder communication plan • Plan, coordinate, and deliver training for impacted teams • Act as the focal point between workstreams • Define and monitor adoption and change success KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading Change Management initiatives in high-complexity projects • Certification and deep knowledge of market methodologies such as PROSCI, HCMBOK, or similar • Proven experience in producing change diagnostics and recommendations • Skill in conducting and facilitating workshops, interviews, training sessions, and executive presentations • Holistic and strategic vision • Strong communication and influencing skills • Emotional intelligence and empathy • Analytical capability
