📋 Description

• Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) with high technical impact • Strong influence on architecture and technology decisions • Active participation in coding, experimentation, and product evolution • Work on critical, highly complex code • Define and disseminate coding standards and best practices • Tackle problems with a systems view (performance, scalability, data) • Lead code reviews focused on engineering and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer or Specialist • Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Neo4j • Strong foundation in system architecture and design • Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems • Track record as a technical reference and go-to expert within teams
