📋 Description

• Handle daily service and support for Radiometer’s existing customer base • Support sales and service growth and customer happiness • Drive service revenue sales targets • Maintain strong customer contract retention and warranty conversion rates • Resolve customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting • Attend breakdown calls in the region • Raise parts requests and close warranty or chargeable transactions • Complete equipment installations on site • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance • Promote service contracts, consumables, and IT solutions • Demonstrate products to customers and provide customer training • Update service reports in the CRM • Identify parts requirements, submit quotations, and collect purchase orders • Identify equipment requirements and generate service leads for the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma / Engineering in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Bio-Medical is preferred • 3+ years of field service experience • Ability to travel 50% • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment • Ability to prioritize workload, goals, and tasks consistent with department objectives • Ability to take direction from multiple sources and balance conflicting priorities • Ability to work well independently • Technical expertise and troubleshooting ability • Willingness and ability to work remotely while managing the regional customer base
