📋 Description

• Install and qualify equipment at customer sites • Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Manage spare parts inventory and work orders • Prioritize urgent service calls • Serve as a key point of contact for customers • Promote services and report identified business opportunities • Ensure the proper operation of customer equipment, from installation through maintenance and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s-level degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in industrial maintenance, biotechnology, physical measurements, chemistry, or a related field • Initial experience in field service or mobile maintenance is an advantage • Motivated entry-level candidates with a strong customer service orientation and a genuine willingness to learn are encouraged to apply • Proficiency with computer and office productivity tools • Working proficiency in English is required for technical communications and documentation • Ability to work independently • Excellent organizational skills • Willingness to travel regularly throughout France • Valid driver’s license required, or applicable licensing conditions as specified in the travel requirements section
