📋 Description

• Install, connect, test and commission dosing, transfer and application equipment for hygiene products • Participate in the installation and start-up of specialized equipment, technical projects and on-site trials • Explain how the equipment operates and support users at customer sites • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to priorities and schedules • Diagnose and resolve faults involving electrical components, control systems, pumps, PVC piping and mechanical assemblies • Repair, upgrade and inspect installations in compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards • Clarify technical requirements with customers, suppliers and internal teams • Identify the parts required and contribute to quote preparation • Monitor maintenance contracts, spare parts and ongoing actions • Write service reports and keep technical documentation up to date • Organize efficient travel routes and combine visits whenever possible • Plan interventions, prioritize urgent issues and make decisions relating to safety, deadlines, costs and service quality • Progressively take on more complex technical projects, supplier or subcontractor coordination and collaboration with European teams

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification at BTS level or equivalent in industrial systems maintenance, electrical engineering, automation, industrial mechanics or mechatronics • Practical experience in the maintenance, installation, commissioning or field service of industrial equipment • Three to five years of field service experience would be ideal • Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, pumps, controls and process equipment • Ability to work independently, reliably and in an organized manner • Ability to explain technical situations clearly and professionally • Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays • Valid Category B driving licence • Good command of English is important • Knowledge of automation or dosing systems is an advantage • Experience in food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, special-purpose machinery, packaging or another process-industry environment is an asset
