📋 Description

• Efficiently deliver field service activities while meeting cost and schedule targets. • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines in order to exceed customer expectations. • Diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues, carrying out the necessary repairs. • Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer support processes. • Install and adjust TOMRA Food equipment as required. • Provide customers with comprehensive training on the operation and maintenance of our systems. • Maintain accurate, detailed field reports to support administrative follow-up procedures. • Work primarily with customers within the assigned region, with occasional support possible across France. • Organize activities between customer-site visits and home-based work when no travel is scheduled. • Travel approximately 80% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical diploma equivalent to two years of post-secondary education (Bac+2) in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related field. • Fluency in French and the ability to understand spoken and written English (minimum B2 level) are essential for this position. • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance. • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel, and to work flexible hours. • Good understanding of IT, networks, and computer configuration. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
