📋 Description

• Support daily trade compliance inquiries from warehouse teams, brokers, and freight forwarders • Ensure compliance of import and export activities with applicable domestic and international regulations across Radiometer operating companies • Manage government-related requirements, including license applications and communication with authorities, such as CITES and USDA where applicable • Execute key elements of the trade compliance program, including classification, valuation, broker coordination, and country of origin issues • Support audits and self-testing activities • Implement process improvements and corrective actions • Act as a key point of contact for trade compliance-related inquiries • Report to the Global Trade Compliance Director within the Global Supply Chain organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Trade Compliance, Import/Export, or Logistics, including customs processes, HS/HTS classification, valuation, and origin determination (COO) • Practical experience with import/export documentation and customs declarations in cooperation with brokers and freight forwarders • Experience working with custom authorities and handling custom-related inquiries • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Transport, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience working with ERP custom-related software tools • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required • Readiness for business travel up to 10% • Experience with ERP system: Axapta is a plus • Knowledge of US trade regulations, such as EAR and ITAR, or EU customs requirements is a plus • Polish language is an asset
