📋 Description

• Drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg • Focus on new and recurring Custom business for biotech, academic, pharma and industrial customers • Work with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists to manage direct and indirect Lab Filtration strategy • Create end-user demand for direct and indirect customers, spending at least 70% of time in the field • Motivate, encourage and support distributors to promote Lab Filtration ranges in key accounts • Negotiate sales and close deals with direct users and decision makers • Develop and maintain product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products • Use Salesforce.com CRM for customer management and transparency • Analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions • Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously • Present to promote new business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Degreed professional with experience from the field of filtration applications and products • Preferably +3 years of consultative sales experience • Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays • Valid driving license • Strong interpersonal skills • Proven ability for time management and prioritization • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work independently as well as with a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products • Experience working with distributors preferred
