📋 Description

• Grow and expand direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars • Independently plan and organize territory activities based on manager direction, market requirements, and customer needs • Conduct approximately five visits per day, including individual and dual visits • Allocate customer activity approximately 50% to existing customers and 50% to prospective customers • Follow CVM recommendations for the number of visits for each customer segment • Complete approximately half a day of administration weekly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience in the dental field, or more experience in the medical device field • Strong communication and selling skills • Strong organization and planning capabilities, including business planning, sales planning, and forecasting • Cold-calling and prospecting capabilities • Strong problem-solving attitude • Ability to work well with peers and across functions • Intermediate computer skills, including Office package, iPad/tablet, and company communication tools • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to independently plan and organize territory activities • Proficiency in Dutch and English • CRM system experience strongly preferred • Ability to lead by example
