• Develop and execute regional sales strategies informed by competitive intelligence and market insights. • Manage, coach and develop distributor networks to drive revenue growth and market expansion. • Expand channel coverage across key segments including hospitals, blood banks and public health programs. • Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to increase market share and pricing effectiveness. • Drive forecasting, reporting and pipeline management to support growth objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or equivalent. • Multiple years of experience managing distributors and channel routes to market in healthcare or diagnostics. • Experience in key account management within medical devices or diagnostic products. • Experience working within African healthcare markets, preferably West Africa. • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken. • Ability to travel up to approximately 50% of the time across the region. • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
