• Develop a 3–5-year strategic commercial growth plan for the EMEA business under the guidance of the Director, NGS Clinical Solution Sales, and build relationships with key stakeholders—including decision-makers and C-suite leaders—to maximize IDT’s value proposition. • Position IDT as a primary or preferred provider for all NGS Clinical Solutions workflows. • Act as a portfolio‑level commercial leader, driving cross‑portfolio engagement to ensure the broader IDT offering is embedded within key accounts. • Build a thought leadership network and strengthen IDT’s market leadership position. • Demonstrate deep expertise in IDT’s NGS Clinical Solutions and apply it across customer needs, applications, and competitive dynamics using market and customer insights.
• PhD in a Life Science discipline with a minimum of 5 years business development experience. • Minimum of 7 years sales experience in molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment within a clinical setting. • Strong collaborative skills to be able to convert customer and market insights into business opportunities. • Demonstrated experience engaging executive‑level and strategic decision‑makers, shaping long‑term adoption strategies across multiple technologies within complex clinical organizations. • Proven experience engaging executive stakeholders and shaping long-term adoption strategies.
