📋 Description

• Designing processes and developing customized solutions in close collaboration with our customers • Advising customers and supporting them in using their ELO ECM system • Conducting training sessions and user onboarding • Installing and implementing ELO and add-ons • Planning and organizing projects to ensure their successful delivery • Traveling to customer sites to provide optimal solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to different target audiences • Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented approach to work • Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, with the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility • Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor • Strong willingness to learn and a high level of initiative • Good German language skills • Basic English language skills
