📋 Description

• Provide remote support to customers from the office • Maintain customers’ IT applications • Ensure smooth and reliable operations • Support infrastructure optimization initiatives • Perform system maintenance • Install updates

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or several years of professional experience as a career changer • Ideally, experience with Windows or Linux servers in medium-sized and enterprise environments • Ideally, knowledge of administering web and application servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, reverse proxies) in a multi-tier architecture • Knowledge of networking • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus • Initial experience with Java is desirable • Very good German language skills (C2) • Good English language skills (B2)
