📋 Description

• Preparation of requirements analyses, solution concepts and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors • Supporting clients in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions • Independently managing client engagements in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment, covering consulting, customizing and configuration

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or completed vocational training in computer science/IT or the HR field • Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM • Experience in one or more SAP HCM areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management • Experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules • ABAP knowledge is optional • Confident demeanor, structured approach and strong communication skills • High level of responsibility, business-oriented thinking and self-initiative • Very good German language skills • Good English skills • Willingness to travel is required
