📋 Description

• Create requirement analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors • Support our clients in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions • Independently manage and support our clients in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment, covering consulting, customizing, and configuration

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science/IT or in the HR/personnel field • Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or in one or more SuccessFactors modules • Optional: ABAP knowledge is a plus • Confident presence, a structured approach, and strong communication skills • High level of responsibility, business-minded thinking, and self-initiative • Very good German language skills and good English skills • Willingness to travel is required
