📋 Description

• Preparation of requirements analyses, solution concepts and architectures in the area of SAP HCM On-Premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors. • Support customers in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions. • Independently manage customer engagements in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment in the areas of consulting, customizing and configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or vocational training in IT or in a human resources/payroll-related field. • Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or in one or more SuccessFactors modules. • Optional: ABAP knowledge. • Confident presence, structured work approach and strong communication skills. • High degree of responsibility, business-oriented thinking and initiative. • Very good German skills, good English skills. • Willingness to travel is required.
