📋 Description

• Create requirements analyses, solution concepts, and architectures in the area of SAP HCM on‑premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors • Support customers in the implementation and operation of complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions • Independently manage customer engagements in the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment, including consulting, customizing, and configuration

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or vocational training in computer science or in the field of human resources • Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or in one or more SuccessFactors modules • Optional: ABAP knowledge • Confident presence, structured working style, and clear communication skills • High level of responsibility, business acumen, and initiative • Very good German language skills • Good English skills • Willingness to travel is required
