📋 Description

• Render correct concepts and meanings between Bengali and English, following the complexity, clarity, tone, and style of each language • Uphold correct grammar and syntax rules in both languages • Provide strict renditions of messages, including every detail of conversations • Handle challenging calls at any time • Employ good customer service and communication skills with clear enunciation, pronunciation, a pleasant and professional voice, and polite forms of expression • Follow client instructions and manage the flow of calls without taking over • Avoid interacting with limited-English speakers without client permission • Remain calm when speakers are incoherent or upset, especially during emergencies • Remain punctual and available during scheduled work hours • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • Native fluency in English and Bengali • B2/HSK4 certification required • Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics, cultural implications, and idiomatic expressions of the language • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills • Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective • Ability to explain cultural concepts with the client's permission or at the client's request • Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts • Available for 5 working days with 2 rotational days off • Access to the internet for work-related electronic communication
