📋 Description

• Render correct concepts and meanings between Hindi and English while preserving complexity, clarity, tone, style, grammar, and syntax • Provide strict renditions of messages, including every detail of conversations • Handle challenging calls at any time • Employ strong customer service and communication skills, clear enunciation, pronunciation, a pleasant and professional voice, and polite expression • Follow client instructions and manage call flow without taking over the call • Avoid interacting with limited-English speakers without client permission • Remain calm when speakers are incoherent or upset, especially during emergencies • Remain punctual and available during scheduled work hours • Ensure internet access for work-related electronic communication • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • Native fluency in English and Hindi • B2/HSK4 certification required • Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics, cultural implications, and idiomatic expressions of the language • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills • Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective • Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with client permission or at the client's request • Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts • Available for 5 working days with 2 rotational days off • Access to the internet for work-related electronic communication
