📋 Description

• Review and approve or reject user-generated content, including images, videos and text, in line with platform policies • Identify inappropriate, prohibited or potentially harmful material • Apply moderation guidelines consistently, including when handling ambiguous or borderline content • Document moderation decisions accurately and escalate complex cases • Investigate content flagged by automated detection systems • Review internal AI-generated content, AI characters, datasets and workflows for safety and compliance • Categorise and tag content to maintain appropriate platform visibility • Maintain high accuracy, consistency and productivity across substantial moderation volumes • Collaborate with senior moderators and the Legal & Safety team to improve workflows and enforcement standards

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience moderating user-generated content for an online platform • Strong understanding of content moderation guidelines, policy enforcement and escalation procedures • Experience working with high-volume moderation queues • Excellent English comprehension, including slang, context, nuance and intent • Proven ability to make sound, independent decisions on complex or borderline content • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and consistency • Clear documentation and communication skills • Complete comfort with daily exposure to explicit adult content • Availability to support required international moderation coverage
