📋 Description

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support across available communication channels • Assist customers with account management, billing enquiries, and technical issues • Troubleshoot common platform and streaming-related problems and provide effective solutions • Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and platform features • Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries efficiently and professionally • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach in every interaction • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery • Provide customer support for a leading global entertainment streaming platform

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish • Minimum B1 level of English • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable using computers, digital platforms, and online services • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and explain solutions clearly • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends • Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or a similar role is considered an advantage • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to mainland Portugal
