📋 Description

• Answer customer inquiries about products and services, including personnel, website, company, vehicle-specific topics, electromobility, service, sales, redirects, and contact details • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints • Process inquiries received through multiple channels • Identify customer needs and assist customers in using specific features • Analyze and report product malfunctions • Assist in training new employees at management’s request • Update internal databases with technical issues and useful customer interactions • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) • At least 4 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist or in a similar Customer Service Representative (CSR) role (preferred) • Native-level German or minimum C1 proficiency (required) • Fluency in English (a plus) • Familiarity with the automotive industry (an advantage) • Experience using help desk software and providing remote support • Solid understanding of CRM systems • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
