📋 Description

• 设计和迭代衍生品产品机制，包括永续合约资金费率、标记价格/指数价格方法论、保证金体系、清算机制和 ADL • 参与账户体系及风险隔离结构的产品定义，与协议和引擎团队协作落地 • 跟踪 CEX 与链上竞品的产品机制及参数实践，输出对比分析和改进建议 • 搭建并维护全平台风险参数框架，包括初始/维持保证金率、杠杆分档、持仓限额、价格保护带、资金费率参数和保险基金策略 • 基于市场深度、波动率及链上/链下流动性数据定期校准参数，并在极端行情下执行应急调参 • 监控平台风险敞口，包括大户持仓集中度、保险基金健康度、清算效率和异常交易行为 • 建立风险预警与响应机制 • 复盘重大市场事件与清算事件，输出报告并推动机制改进 • 负责新币种/新合约上线全流程，包括资产评估、指数源选择与加权、初始参数设定、上线检查及观察期管理 • 管理下架/迁移流程及用户仓位处理方案 • 与做市商、机构客户对接产品及参数相关问题，配合 BD 评估定制化需求的风险 • 撰写和维护产品规则文档、参数公告及风控政策对外说明

🎯 Requirements

• 3 年以上 crypto 交易所（CEX/DEX）、做市商、自营交易或传统衍生品机构的产品/风控/交易相关经验 • 有真实交易经验（个人或机构），对永续合约的资金费率、基差、清算、滑点等有盘感级别的理解 • 深入理解衍生品定价与风险管理基础：保证金模型、波动率、流动性风险、对手方/穿仓风险 • 熟练使用数据分析工具（SQL / Python / 数据看板）支撑参数决策 • 能独立负责一个完整模块（如 listing 流程或参数框架），从设计、落地到日常运营闭环 • 中英文可作为日常工作语言 • 加分项：有链上永续 DEX（Hyperliquid、dYdX、GMX 等）的深度使用或运营经验 • 加分项：参与过交易所风险参数框架、清算引擎或组合保证金体系的设计 • 加分项：熟悉预言机/指数价格机制及其操纵风险 • 加分项：经历过至少一次极端行情下的风控实战 • 加分项：有做市或量化策略背景
