📋 Description
• 负责海外主流广告渠道的投放、优化及效果分析，持续提升获客效率和 ROI • 负责 X、Telegram、Reddit、YouTube 等社媒及外部渠道引流，持续拓展新的获客渠道 • 负责 SEO / GEO，通过关键词、内容、媒体及站外信息布局，提升品牌在搜索引擎及 AI 问答/生成式搜索中的曝光和推荐 • 跟踪用户从点击、注册到充值、交易的完整转化漏斗，持续优化 Landing Page 和用户转化路径 • 负责投放数据追踪和归因分析，持续优化获客成本和整体转化效果
🎯 Requirements
• 2 年以上海外 Growth Marketing、Performance Marketing 或 User Acquisition 相关经验 • 有海外广告实际投放经验，能够独立完成 Campaign 搭建、优化及效果分析 • 熟悉 Google Ads、Meta Ads、X Ads、Native / Programmatic 等主流海外广告渠道中的至少两类 • 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够根据数据判断素材、渠道及转化漏斗问题，并提出优化方案 • 了解 SEO 基础逻辑，对 GEO / AI Search Optimization 有一定认知，能够通过内容和站外布局提升品牌在 AI 搜索及问答场景中的曝光 • 英语可作为工作语言 • 有 Crypto / Fintech 平台增长经验 • 熟悉 AppsFlyer、GA4 等归因及数据分析工具 • 有社媒、内容分发、PR 或外部流量获取经验 • 有 ChatGPT、Perplexity、Gemini、Google AI Overview 等 AI 搜索 / GEO 优化实践经验
